The spa services were great and at a reasonable price. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with several options to choose from.
The rooms were poorly maintained and outdated, with a strange smell. The noise level was too high often and the staff at the front desk were not friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local activities. the hotel was located close to town and had a nice view of the mountains from the rooftop terrace.
The room was smaller than expected and had no drawers for clothing storage. the noise level was high and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.
